Beef & Shrimp Soup

2 tbsp oil
1 large onion finely chopped
1 cup of beef 1 in cubes
1 garlic clove or
(1 tsp minced garlic)
2 fresh red chiles
1 carrot grated
1 tsp brown sugar
4 cups of chicken or beef stock
4 oz of small cooked peeled shrimp
5 cups of fresh shedded spinach
6 oz of baby corn in 1 in pieces
1 large tomato cubed
2 tbsp lime juice

Put oil in pressure cooker and brown beef for 2 min.

Add onion, garlic, chiles(seeded and chopped), sugar, and stock.

Bring to high pressure and cook for 10 min.

Fast release pressure.

Add spinach, baby corn, shrimp, tomato .
Simmer for 3 min uncovered.

Add lime jouice and serve
