A Pressure Cooker World Recipe

| 1.5 lbs cubed venison 14.5 oz canned tomatoes 1 cup water 1 cup sliced mushrooms(optional) 10 oz can tomato soup 1.5 cups chopped onions 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 cup sliced carrots 3 large potatoes salt and pepper 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp kitchen bouquet (optional) |
Put can of tomato soup, garlic, water , onions and vension into the pressure cooker.
Put the pressure lid on and lock. Bring to high pressure, reduce heat for 15 min.
Peel and cut the potatoes to one inch chunks.
Fast release pressure. Add carrots, potatoes, mushrooms. Stir contents. Add the canned tomatoes on top.
Put the pressure lid on and lock. Bring to high pressure, reduce heat for 10 min.
Fast release pressure.
Remove 1 cup of liquid. Mix in corn starch and kitchen bouquet. Mix into cooker and simmer for 5 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
