An item may be returned for
refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery unless marked as
non-returnable such as with spare parts.
Returned items must be unused and in as-shipped condition.
An order may not be cancelled after an order has been
shipped. Refused deliveries or late cancellations will be
treated as a "returned item" and will follow the
rules below.
Before returning an item, please E-mail or call for a
Return Authoriozation number. To avoid a repackaging or damage
fee, please pack all items carefully and individually.

Shipping Expense on Returns
Insurance and postage are the
responsibility of the sender. However, if we have shipped an
item you did not order, or if you receive a damaged item, we
will pay the cost of the return using ground shipping and no
shipping processing fees will apply. This applies only to
replacements shipped within the continental U.S.
Refunds
Refunds on returns on items
with free outgoing shipping are subject to a 10% shipping
processing fee with a $15 minimum for all items. If you
exchange an item which we receive in as-shipped condition,
and you paid the shipping in both directions, you will not
be charged the shipping processing fee. A refund check and
explanation will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the products.
If You Receive Defective Equipment
If you receive items that were damaged in shipping,
please call us so we can arrange for replacement parts or
products and make a claim with the shipper.
If you receive merchandise
damaged in shipping you must report it at the time of
delivery or within 24 hrs.
After using the equipment, you feel the equipment is
defective, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply.
Save your online or mailed order receipt to enable the
manufacturer to properly honor the warranty. Look in the
product literature provided by the manufacturer for
information, including locations and addresses of
authorized service. If you have questions on this, please

Shipping:
Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground shipping.
Sometimes U.S. Postal is also used. You may call us to
arrange special shipping or if you wish to receive a quote
for an international order.
